SUS304 stainless steel buffer vessels and hot water cylinders engineered for heat pumps, solar thermal and biomass systems. Buffer, DHW, dual coil and duo models — made in Hangzhou, China.

Compact buffer tank for hydraulic separation in heat pump and solar thermal systems. Reduces pump cycling and extends equipment life.

Mid-range buffer tank offering improved thermal capacity for medium-sized heating installations and heat pump systems.

High-capacity buffer tank for larger heating systems. Maximises efficiency of heat pump and biomass installations.

200L domestic hot water tank with 3.1 m² stainless steel coil. Ideal for heat pumps and solar thermal systems.

300L DHW tank with 4.7 m² coil for large households or light commercial applications requiring high hot water demand.

Large-capacity 400L DHW tank with 5.0 m² coil. Designed for high-demand residential or small commercial use.

300L tank with two independent coils (3.2 + 1.3 m²). Connects heat pump and solar thermal simultaneously for maximum efficiency.

Space-saving integrated unit combining 200L DHW with 60L buffer in one. Complete heating system functionality in a single tank.
Liquid-cooled welding zone with full argon gas protection on both sides ensures consistent, reliable weld quality and long-term integrity.
Food-grade stainless steel throughout — tank body in SUS304, heat exchange coils in SUS316 for superior corrosion resistance.
All models carry ErP energy rating labels, meeting EU energy efficiency regulations for water heating products.
Custom dimensions, additional connections, insulation grades and special coil configurations available. Minimum order quantities apply.
Heatlyt is a professional manufacturer of stainless steel water storage tanks, part of Heatly Energy Co., Ltd., headquartered at Holley Group Science Park in Hangzhou, China.
We design and produce buffer tanks (also known as buffer vessels), domestic hot water cylinders, dual coil tanks and integrated duo systems used in heat pump installations, solar thermal systems, biomass boilers and floor heating across Europe, Asia, and beyond.
Distributors evaluating suppliers can read our guide to sourcing water tanks from China, covering OEM manufacturing, quality control, and shipping logistics.
Every Heatlyt tank is manufactured using SUS304 stainless steel with a liquid-cooled, argon-shielded welding process — ensuring weld reliability, hygiene, and long service life.

Our standard MOQ is a 20ft container. We allow mixing different models (Buffer, DHW, Duo tanks) within the same container to help our partners maintain a balanced inventory.
We typically quote on a FOB Shanghai basis. Our factory is located near Hangzhou, which offers excellent logistics to Shanghai Port, one of the world's most efficient shipping hubs.
For standard container orders, our lead time is approximately 30 days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom OEM orders may require additional time depending on the technical specifications.
Yes. We specialize in OEM production. We can customize tank dimensions, connection sizes, insulation thickness, and coil configurations based on your technical drawings or specific requirements.
A buffer tank (HB series) stores heating-circuit water for hydraulic separation, reducing heat pump cycling. A hot water cylinder (HC series) uses an internal SUS316 coil to heat domestic hot water indirectly. The HDC-300 dual coil tank and HW-200+60 duo tank combine both functions in one vessel.
Every tank body is SUS304 stainless steel; DHW coils are SUS316 for higher chloride resistance in mains-fed water. For marine, coastal or high-temperature installations we also supply Duplex 2205, with roughly double the yield strength and PREN of SUS316.
Capacities range from 100L to 500L across buffer tanks (HB-100/150/200), single coil DHW cylinders (HC-200/300/400), the dual coil HDC-300, and the 260L combined HW-200+60 duo tank. Custom capacities outside this range are available on OEM orders.
Yes. All buffer and DHW models are designed for heat pump, solar thermal and biomass systems. The HDC-300's independent upper and lower coils let a heat pump and solar array heat the same tank simultaneously without cross-contaminating the two circuits.
